Rise & Shine
Our morning classes that will help you to set the intention for the day. We will stretch and strengthen the body from the inside out, moving with intention in this 60 minutes on the mat that will get your day off to the right start.
Slow & Gentle
Beginning the class with breathwork and a short meditation, our slow and gentle practice will link the movements with breath. We will enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, before finding a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue. A stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements make these classes a great choice for anyone who is afraid they are not flexible or fit enough to do the yoga poses. And of course finishing with a beautiful relaxation savasana.
Without a doubt, you will be stretching, breathing, and feeling rejuvenated when you walk out the door.
Flow & Slow
a combination practice of Vinyasa (Flow) and Yin (Slow). This practice aims to provide balance. First half of class will incorporate Vinyasa style, fast pace movements that build strength, and heats up the body. Followed by a restorative, grounding element of yoga known as Yin yoga. Yin practice consists of passive postures with longer holds that allow you to slow down, relax, and turn inward. This helps improve your flexibility, boosts your circulation and restore your energy levels. The lovely balance for your body and mind to come out feeling refreshed and nourished.
Restore & Reset
Restore and Reset is a gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind and recharge. Through slow movements, held poses, and deep breathing, you’ll release tension, quiet your mind, and find ease in both body and mind. No experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to
Yoga For Strength
This class will start with a centering and some breath work and progress into a flow of poses. We will focus on strengthening muscles that tend to be weak and stretching those that tend to be tight. Expect to build some heat then bring it back to relaxation asanas at the end. We will end with a relaxation pose.
Hatha FLow
This yoga practice blends the faster flowing sequences of the Vinyasa style at a slower pace. Focusing on the breath, controlled poses, alignment, and mindfulness. This creates an invigorating blend that builds strength and heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind.
Vinyasa Flow
Join our Vinyasa Flow yoga class to experience a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of fluid and continuous poses. Suitable for all levels, our experienced instructors will guide you through each movement, helping you to connect with your breath and find balance in both body and mind. Chakra Balancing Yin & Meditation with Crystal singing bowls

Gentle Yoga
This class will start with some breath work as well as a gentle warm up of the body in all directions of movement. We will then go through different poses allowing the breath to guide us into the pose as far as is comfortable for you. Ending with a progressive relaxation.
Yin Yoga with Christina
this practice targets your deep connective tissues. Poses are held longer for an opportunity to stretch yet relax and feel into the spaces of your body and mind. Yin is a great complement to any workout, allowing you to slow down and engage in a reflective exercise. The perfect way to rest and refocus yourself both physically and mentally.
Rare Ember Signature Sound Bath

Sunday Service Yin with Victoria
This Yin class targets your deep connective tissues including your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. The perfect class for those looking for more flexibility or to compliment your "Yang" activities.
Power Flow - Ladder with Kyla
Ladder Style Power Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating class designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance through a progressive sequence of poses. In this class, each round of poses builds upon the previous one, creating a "ladder" of movements that increase in complexity and intensity. Starting with foundational postures, participants gradually add on new poses with each sequence, promoting muscle engagement and enhancing balance. IGNITE! is your Core & Lower Body Lunchtime Power Boost
Take a break from your day with this 30-minute powerhouse session that targets your core and lower body!

This fast-paced, high-energy class combines dynamic strength moves with focused breathing to fire up your abs, glutes, and legs, leaving you feeling strong and energized.
Perfect for anyone looking to tone, strengthen, and power through their day in just half an hour. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, if you're squeezing in a quick workout or looking for a serious core and lower body burn, this class will challenge all fitness levels!
Don't forget your water bottle. You're going to need it!!
Barre Pilates
Barre Pilates is a transformative class designed to engage your entire body and strengthen even the deepest muscles. Using your own body weight and a variety of props, you’ll experience a full-body workout that delivers a powerful, strengthening burn.
Saturday morning Slow Flow & Yin
The slow flow and yin class begins with a slow & intentional sequence of poses to move energy & open the body gently (no chaturangas here). We then shift to stillness, as passive postures with longer holds are introduced. These long-held poses slowly & safely stretch out the connective tissues, which in turn strengthens & improves flexibility around our joints. It is deeply meditative & calming for the mind.
This class is ideal if you find yourself sitting a lot throughout the day, hold anxiety in your body or do a lot of physical activity, such as running & cycling.
Spin
This 45 min spin class is an amazing workout that will have you feeling strong, energized, and ready to conquer the day. The class will include a nice long warm up where we play with cadence and intensity on the way before moving into various intervals to get hearts pumping, legs moving and maybe even a bit sweat dripping!
If having fun with friends and good music while you ride is something you're looking for, then this is the class for you!!
***Please note that we do NOT have shoes for cycle. Please make sure you bring appropriate shoes for class. Our pedals are SPD and have cages as well.
***We do NOT allow WALK-IN'S for spin classes. They MUST be pre-booked.
***Also bring a water bottle and towel***
CNP Men's Group
Our Mission: To provide fellow men with a safe, welcoming, confidential, and non-judgemental space to share, learn and develop tools to support their mental wellness.
Weekly Routine:
* Welcome & Opening
* Introduction of Groundings (i.e. rules)
* Sharing Circle: Opportunity to share while the group listens; a chance to be heard
* Reflection Circle: Open forum with healthy boundaries. Choose your experience: Are you sharing? Asking for advise? Looking to be pushed a little? It's up to you!
Warm Yang Yin
Warm Yang Yin is designed to offer the balancing effects of yang (active) yoga and yin (passive) yoga. The first half is the yang, focusing on vinyasas and standing postures that will increase your strength, flexibility and balance. The second half is the yin, focusing on long, deep meditative stretches that allow your connective tissues and joints to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calm and centered mind. Because only half the class is flow (yang), it is a great class for Beginners. Room temperature will be nice and warm 25°C. ALL LEVELS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
Warm Restorative Yoga
Warm Restorative yoga is a passive practice in which poses are held for several minutes at a time utilizing blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Props are used to minimize the amount of work required by our muscles during poses. A restorative practice can rest your body, stretch your muscles, lower your heart rate and blood pressure, and calm your nervous system, moving you into a peaceful state of deep relaxation. Room temperature will be nice and warm 25°C. ALL LEVELS, THERAPEUTIC.
Soundbath & BodyTalk Workshop
From this event, you will dive into the mindbody connection, how stress can affect your physical health and how BodyTalk can help reestablish broken connections within the body so that we may move through our life with less tension and constraints.
During the soundbath, Jenn, certified BodyTalk practitioner, will intuitively choose balancing techniques for each yogi that will help re establish connections within the body.
After class, please enjoy a brief Q&A with Jenn, and learn a technique that you can use everyday for your health benefit.
