Coming This Fall HATHA YOGA - HIDDEN LANGUAGE Yasodhara Ashram - Radha Yoga “Hatha Yoga is one aspect of Kundalini Yoga and plays an important part in the development of the aspirant.” “The performance in slow motion of the gentle graceful movements of Hatha Yoga and the reflective holding of various asanas allow body, mind and spirit to come into harmony and balance” Kundalini Yoga for the West - Swami Radha Join me in an exploration of who you are using the mystical aspects of the asanas (poses) to better understand how the choices you make now, can transform your life. Pranayama, visualization, relaxation and spiritual practices will be part of the classes. You will become more flexible in body and mind and gain a clearer understanding of how to create the life you love through the choices you make. Cancellation Policy

Online cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. No shows and late cancellation are subject to a loss of credit and/or a late cancellation fee. No late arrivals as the studio door will be locked during the class. If you arrive late and are locked out, unfortunately this results in a late cancellation fee.
