Service Description
Warm Yang Yin is designed to offer the balancing effects of yang (active) yoga and yin (passive) yoga. The first half is the yang, focusing on vinyasas and standing postures that will increase your strength, flexibility and balance. The second half is the yin, focusing on long, deep meditative stretches that allow your connective tissues and joints to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calm and centered mind. Because only half the class is flow (yang), it is a great class for Beginners. Room temperature will be nice and warm 25°C. ALL LEVELS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.

Cancellation Policy
Online cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. No shows and late cancellation are subject to a loss of credit and/or a late cancellation fee. No late arrivals as the studio door will be locked during the class. If you arrive late and are locked out, unfortunately this results in a late cancellation fee.
