Service Description

This 45 min spin class is an amazing workout that will have you feeling strong, energized, and ready to conquer the day. The class will include a nice long warm up where we play with cadence and intensity on the way before moving into various intervals to get hearts pumping, legs moving and maybe even a bit sweat dripping! If having fun with friends and good music while you ride is something you're looking for, then this is the class for you!! ***Please note that we do NOT have shoes for cycle. Please make sure you bring appropriate shoes for class. Our pedals are SPD and have cages as well. ***We do NOT allow WALK-IN'S for spin classes. They MUST be pre-booked. ***Also bring a water bottle and towel***

Cancellation Policy

Online cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. No shows and late cancellation are subject to a loss of credit and/or a late cancellation fee. No late arrivals as the studio door will be locked during the class. If you arrive late and are locked out, unfortunately this results in a late cancellation fee.
