Service Description

This is a restful and nourishing practice that focuses on deep breathing and longer holds, using a variety of props to support your body as you settle into each pose. Restorative Yoga engages the parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system, helping you to feel more at ease in your mind, body and soul! This class features a meditation and mini sound bath with crystal singing bowls, helping your nervous system to sink into a deeper state of rest and relaxation. This is a very cozy class…not a lot of movement is required. Talking is also kept to a minimum throughout, so you can truly rest and tune into your inner world, or simply enjoy the playlist that is tailored to the experience!
