Service Description

Come breathe, let go and discover yourself as you journey deep within. With the guidance of an experienced facilitator, your breath as your teacher and a safe container, you may integrate on mental, emotional and physical levels. This is an opportunity to explore yourself in a new way, and non-ordinary states of consciousness, as you find clarity and transform your life.

Cancellation Policy

Online cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. No shows and late cancellation are subject to a loss of credit and/or a late cancellation fee. No late arrivals as the studio door will be locked during the class. If you arrive late and are locked out, unfortunately this results in a late cancellation fee.
